 Unless otherwise noted, Global One inkshop will make best efforts to ship merchandise within 7 to 10 days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Because of this we have a 15 business day waiting period before any product will be resent. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. We will notify you of this delay by email within 3 business day. One inkshop shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Title to any product and risk of loss passes from One inkshop to You upon shipment from Company's facility.


» LOW COST SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped for only $8.50! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in Australia shipped via Allied express with Delivery Confirmation at our discretion.
    On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 4-7 business days. Free Shipping is not valid outside Australia.

» Express Shipping

  • Overnight and same-Day Air delivery is available to Australian states. Shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

  • Orders received before 1 PM AEST will ship same business day. Orders after 1 p.m. will ship on the following business day, with orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday. Allied express is only available to physical addresses. We can not send packages via Allied to a PO address. You can contact customer service on 02 4758 7647 to arrange deliveries to a PO box.

  • Trackable FedEx Ground shipping upgrade for orders over $200,4-7 business days average delivery. Not valid outside Australia. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

» Shipping Notes:

  • This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date

  • Most orders received after 1:00 PM Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.
  • International orders will not be processed, except for New Zealand.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center at 03 8610 6582 to resolve any issues.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to change your order, you can cancel and replace your order by calling our Customer Service Center at 03 8610 6580. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by contacting Customer Care at 03 8610 6582 and getting a RA (Return Authorization).
