With a field of 86 players made up of two GMS, two IM’s and 5 FM’s this was the strongest field in the history of the tournament- Outright winner on 6 points was GM Darryl Johansen from Australia, with GM Dejan Antic, IM Stephen Solomon , IM Leonid Sandler, FM Igor Bjelobrk, FM Jesse Sales all sharing second place on 5.5 points.  Sharing 3^rd place were FM Igor Goldenberg, IM Mirko Rujevic, Dusan Stojic, Edsil Dilla, Pano Skiotis, David Hacce, Andrew Brown and Dean Hogg.
